RG&E Files Joint Proposals ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 9
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation
(RG&E), the New York Department of Public Service Staff, the
New York State Consumer Protection Board, Multiple Intervenors and
other parties filed joint proposals today with the Public Service
Commission (PSC) to address RG&E electric and gas rates through
2008. The Parties are requesting PSC approval of the joint
proposals by the end of May 2004. Assuming the joint proposals are
approved, RG&E expects to complete the sale of Ginna by June
