Thomson (Euronext Paris:18453)(NYSE:TMS), through its Technicolor business today announced that Greg Gudorf and Peter Lee have joined Technicolor to launch the company’s newly created business focused on integrated digital content delivery and device management. The new team will be focused on the convergence of content, cloud-based applications and a variety of devices for use at home and on-the-go.

In their new posts, Greg will serve as general manager and Peter Lee will serve as executive vice president of technology and strategy. Both will be based in Technicolor’s Burbank, CA offices.

Prior to joining Technicolor, Greg served as CEO for Digeo, Inc. and brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer electronics, with an emphasis on the convergence of cable, satellite, and Internet services, to new hardware and software products. Throughout his 25 years in the industry, Greg has been involved in sales, marketing, business development, and management for the retail, distribution and manufacturing aspects of the business, with a particular emphasis on network products such as satellite, cable, and Internet offerings. He holds 15 U.S. patents in the network and interactive TV fields with more than 30 additional patents pending. He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of Antioch University.

Peter previously was CEO of Channel M, a leading digital out-of-home video company, and has held senior level positions at The Walt Disney Company, Fox, GeoVideo Networks (a Lucent Technology company), MyPotential (a well-being company chaired by Deepak Chopra), Hitplay Media, and IBM.

Peter holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from UCLA. In 2005, he won a Technical Emmy Award and has been granted more than a dozen patents, with many patents pending in the areas of digital ad insertion, content distribution, and portable media players.
