Valor Communications Group Prices Initial Public Offering at $15.00
Per Share IRVING, Texas, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Valor
Communications Group, Inc. (NYSE:VCG), today announced that it has
priced its initial public offering of 29,375,000 shares of common
stock at $15.00 per share. All shares in the offering are offered
by Valor Communications Group. The selling stockholders have
granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional
4,406,250 shares at the initial public offering price. Valor
Communications Group common stock is expected to begin trading
today on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "VCG."
Merrill Lynch & Co., Banc of America Securities LLC and J.P.
Morgan Securities Inc. are acting as co-lead managers in this
