*Van Kampen Bond Fund is changing the frequency of its dividend
distributions to shareholders from quarterly to monthly. The change
will take effect in October 2009, with the first monthly dividend
payable date occurring on October 30, 2009. Dividend distributions
will occur monthly thereafter.

time. Past amounts of dividends are no guarantee of future dividend
payment amounts.
The final determination of the source and tax characteristics of
all distributions in 2009 will be made after the end of the
year.
