Joseph Wagner and Jean Wilson Are Named to Board of Directors
CHICAGO, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Experiential
Agency(TM) (XA) (OTCBB: EXAG), a major national event marketing
firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies, announced today that
it has appointed Joseph Wagner as the president, chief operating
officer and secretary of the corporation. In addition, it has also
appointed Jean Wilson as the vice president of operations and
treasurer. Both Wagner and Wilson have been elected members of the
board. The company announced that it plans to name an independent
board member before the end of the year. As president and chief
operating officer of XA, Joseph Wagner is responsible for
day-to-day to management of the company. He joined XA earlier this
year. Before that, he advised public and private companies in
strategic planning, international project development,
international finance, project management, logistics, and business
development. He has served as an officer and/or director of several
emerging growth companies. Wagner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law
& Society with highest distinction from Purdue University and
earned a Master of Arts from Northern Illinois University. When
Jean Wilson joined XA in 2002, she had more than 20 years of
experience in event and meeting planning at a national production
company and a professional association. In addition to assuming the
position as treasurer, she continues as vice president of
operations, responsible for XA's daily operations. She received a
Bachelor's Degree with honors in Recreation/Leisure Studies with a
Business Administration minor from Eastern Illinois University.
