Atikwa Resources Inc. ("Atikwa" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ATK) reports that
the court proceedings announced on December 18, 2013 were adjourned until 2:30
p.m. December 20, 2013. The Judge in the matter has requested additional
submissions from both the Company and Century Services Inc. ("Century"). Upon
receipt of the additional submissions the Judge will make the decision to either
support the Company's application for an adjournment in order to raise
sufficient capital to replace Century's debt or to allow Century's application
for a Receivership.
