Mr. Stephen Pumple, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AZCAR Technologies (TSX VENTURE: AZZ) confirmed that the Corporation failed to file its continuous disclosure materials as required by Ontario securities law for the three-month period ended March 31, 2010. As a result, the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") issued a temporary cease trade order on June 7th, 2010 and the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") issued a cease trade order of June 11, 2010. Subsequently, the Company completed its filings of continuous disclosure materials on June 11th, 2010 and the OSC cease trade order expired and the BCSC cease trade order was revoked on June 29, 2010.

The Company has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that its shares will be reinstated to trading effective the opening Tuesday, July 27, 2010.
