AZCAR Technologies Incorporated (TSX VENTURE: AZZ)Mr. Stephen Pumple, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AZCAR Technologies confirmed that the Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary in England, Megahertz Broadcast Systems Limited had completed a sale of all of its operating assets to a subsidiary of KIT digital Inc. for a cash consideration. "This is a good move for Megahertz to partner with a European based company as it will help them grow and expand their business," said Stephen Pumple.

As of the date of this release, the Corporation has 15,566,350 common shares outstanding.
