Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) through its wholly-owned

has purchased 100% of the fully diluted shares of Salar, Inc. The acquisition
expands CHS into the Healthcare vertical. 


Headquartered in Baltimore, MD with customers across the United States, Salar is
a leading provider of Physician Documentation and Charge Capture tools that
integrate with and improve the usability of hospital Electronic Medical Record
Systems (EMRs). Salar's solutions include TeamNotes(TM), an inpatient
documentation solution for physicians, TAP Charge Capture(TM), an industry
leading physician charge capture tool, TeamRelay(TM), which streamlines patient
handoff, and TeamQuery(TM), an integrated platform for real time review of
physician documentation. Salar's tools improve physician productivity while
helping hospitals achieve excellence in patient quality, regulatory compliance
and revenue cycle management. Salar's customer base includes some of the
nation's top hospitals and leading physician practices.
