ENQ Enquest Energy Ser Corp

EnQuest Energy Services Corp. ("EnQuest") (TSX VENTURE:ENQ) announces today
that, pursuant to its stock option plan, it has granted options to acquire up to
360,000 common shares of EnQuest, of which 340,000 options were granted to
certain key officers/employees and a director of EnQuest. Each of the options is
exercisable for a five year term expiring on July 2, 2014, and exercisable until
that time at a price of $0.75 per common share (the current market price of the
common shares is $0.65 based on the closing price on the last trading day prior
to the date of grant). The options, and any common shares issued upon exercise
of the options, are subject to a four month hold period expiring November 3,
2009.
