Ginguro Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GEG) (the "Company") wishes to advise that
the Company has had a series of discussions with the Government of Latvia
regarding the development of a mineral exploration project in the Kurzeme region
of the country.

Discussions are ongoing and Ginguro considers that they are progressing
positively. To date, no agreement of any kind has been entered into.

Ginguro understands that Latvia has no history of metal mining due to a
limestone formation, which covers the entire country. However, with the use of
modern geophysical techniques, the Company believes that successful mineral
exploration through the overlying limestone formations may be possible. Ginguro
considers the basement rocks of Latvia to be highly prospective.
