VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (TSX VENTURE: KCL) is pleased to announce that the Company has commissioned a "2D" reconnaissance seismic program in order to evaluate the remainder of the 97,400 acre Legacy Project, Subsurface Mineral Permit KP-289. It will be a reflection seismic program utilizing a "vibroseis" survey conducted by means of a grid consisting of some 210 line-kilometers of seismic lines (Vibroseis is a method used to transmit energy signals into the earth over an extended period of time as opposed to the near instantaneous energy provided by impulsive sources).

The intent of the program is to provide subsurface information about the southern portion of the permit and identify the location for exploratory surface drill holes. Permitting is in progress and it is estimated that surveying can begin in early April with recording to commence once ground conditions permit. It is anticipated that data acquisition will be completed by early May with preliminary interpretation completed by mid-June.

Paul F. Matysek, President and Chief Executive Officer of Potash One Inc., said: "We are pleased that Boyd Petrosearch has agreed to conduct our 2D program in addition to the 3D seismic program that is underway. The 2D program announcement is another testament to our commitment to conduct a comprehensive exploration work program in various parts of the Legacy project."

The seismic program is being undertaken by Boyd Petrosearch of Calgary Alberta. Boyd is considered one of the premier seismic acquisition and interpretation companies in the potash industry.
