Long Harbour Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LHC) reports that it has closed
the private placement announced in its news releases of June 9, 2009 and July 8,
2009, raising gross proceeds of $140,000. The securities issued are subject to a
hold period expiring on November 18, 2009.
