MOA Mountain Lake Resources Inc.

Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SNA)("Star" or the "Company"),
is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement
("MOA") with Esterline CMC Electronics Inc. ("CMC") of Montreal, Quebec. This
agreement was principally agreed at the NBAA 2010, and completed recently. 


With this MOA, Star and CMC have plans to cooperate in the establishment of an
integrated turn-key solution for Original Equipment Manufacturers ("OEM") based
on Star's STAR-ISMS(TM) In-Flight Safety Monitoring System software coupled with
CMC's PilotView(R) EFB System, applications and aircraft integration services.
CMC will then promote the resulting solution to OEM's and select customers
within the Air Transport and Business Jet Markets as part of its cockpit systems
offerings.


This agreement also provides for cooperation for a wider range of avionics
integration and avionics equipment solutions to meet the customers'
requirements.


Joel Chotte, Star's Vice President-Business Development noted that:

of an integrated system, which includes the STAR-ISMS(TM) software, and which
could increase flight safety in a number of different aviation applications,
including business jets and helicopters, as well as for special mission
situations in medical, fire fighting and military fields".

working with CMC to extend the implementation of our STAR-ISMS(TM) technology.
Star sees this agreement with CMC as another step in our strategy to grow broad
aviation industry acceptance for our patented in-flight data-analysis,

systems flexibility and its ability to accommodate different platforms and it
may expand to the ground station capabilities that are being worked out with our
other partners."
