VANCOUVER, March 3, 2017 /CNW/ - Rathdowney Resources Ltd. ("Rathdowney" or the "Company") (TSXV: RTH) reports that it has granted 400,000 stock options to an investor relations provider and  4.4 million stock options to directors and officers of the Company.  The options have been granted under the terms of the Company's stock option plan with an exercise price of $0.33 and a term of 5 years.
