RYA.H Newmarket Gold, Inc.

Raystar Capital Ltd. ("Company") (TSX VENTURE:RYA.H) is pleased to announce it
has retained Featherstone Capital Advisors Inc. ("Featherstone") to provide
corporate development and financial advisory services.


Raystar has agreed to pay Featherstone a retainer of $7,000 per month plus
expenses per the agreement for a period of twelve months. In addition, Raystar
has granted Featherstone 300,000 stock options exercisable at a price of $0.47
for a period of five years from the date of grant. These options are granted
subject to the Company's stock option plan and are subject to regulatory
approval.
