announced today that it has appointed Mr. Steve Mlot as Non-Executive Director
effective immediately, and that Mr. John Grounds has resigned from the Board of
Directors. Mr. Frank Kordy stated: "On behalf of the Board of Directors, we want
to thank Mr. Grounds for his contributions and want to wish him well in his
future endeavours."
