Tawsho Mining Inc. Announces Changes in Management

Tawsho Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TAW) ("Tawsho" or the "Company") announced that
Mr. Gary Perkins has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO")
for health and personal reasons. Mr. Joseph Feldman, director of the Company,
will take up the position of President and CEO and Mr. Kar Peng Yong C.A. will
take over the position of interim CFO.

stated Mr. Feldman.
