TrueContext Mobile Solutions Corporation (TSX VENTURE:TMN), maker of the
ProntoForms(R) mobile form solution, has announced the results of its annual and
special meeting of shareholders held in Ottawa, Ontario on June 11, 2013. 


At the meeting, the shareholders elected the following individuals to the
TrueContext board of directors: Amar Bhalla, Jim Davies, Terence Matthews,
Edward Ogonek, Alvaro Pombo and Jon Shantz. Prior board members Ravi Sood and
Peter Charbonneau did not stand for re-election. 


"On behalf of the board of directors, I thank Ravi Sood and Peter Charbonneau
for their valuable contributions to the company during their tenure," said
Terence Matthews, Chairman of the Board. 


At the meeting, the shareholders also approved the appointment of Deloitte &
Touche LLP as auditors for the current fiscal year, and provided annual approval
of TrueContext's stock option plan and approved a change in the name of the
company to "ProntoForms Corporation".


The company has cited the desire to continue to focus on building the
ProntoForms brand within the mobile solutions industry as chief motivation for
the name change. To keep branding consistent, the name of the company's wholly
owned subsidiary will also be changed to "ProntoForms Inc." 


"As the leading worldwide mobile form solution creator with 2,500 business
customers, we have begun to establish a great deal of brand credibility and
equity in the ProntoForms name. As we look to continue on our path towards
profitability, we believe that this name consolidation is the logical next
marketing step," said Alvaro Pombo, Founder and CEO. 


The company's name change is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and
the company will be making the necessary filings with the exchange in the coming
days. The effective date of the change in name will be separately announced.
