Unite Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:UNT.P) is pleased to
announce that David Johnson, a Director of the Corporation, has been appointed
to the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
Mr. Paul Marsiglio has tendered his resignation as the President and Chief
Executive Officer of the Corporation due to time constraints, however Mr.
Marsiglio will remain as a member of the Corporation's Board of Directors.


The Corporation would like to thank Mr. Marsiglio for his contributions to the
Corporation during his tenure as an officer. The Corporation wishes him the very
best in his future endeavours.


About the Company

The Company is designated as a Capital Pool Company by the TSXV. The Company has
not commenced commercial operations and has no assets other than cash. The only
business of the Company is the identification and evaluation of assets or
businesses with a view to completing a "Qualifying Transaction" in accordance
with TSXV Policy 2.4 - Capital Pool Companies. The funds raised under the
initial public offering will be used to pursue such Qualifying Transaction. For
