information cicular, form of proxy and letter of transmittal
(together, the "Meeting Materials") in connection with the special
meeting of its shareholders to be held on October 29, 2015, at the University Club of
Montreal at 2047 Mansfield,
Montreal, Quebec, at 10:30am (the "Meeting"). The Meeting is
being held to seek shareholder approval of Wanted Technologies'
plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") announced on
September 11, 2015 under which it
would be acquired by CEB Inc.
