xRM Global Inc. ("xRM Global") (TSX VENTURE: XRM) has developed and
operates the xRM Utility for some of the largest global
enterprises. The xRM Utility is a High Touch - High Trust Software
as a Service infrastructure that manages the most valued
relationships across the enterprise.
xRM Global is pleased to announce that, since January 2010, five
new enterprise customers have deployed its relationship management
(RM) tool, xRM Connect, in Brazil. This product is well established
among insurance companies within Brazil and is now expanding into
other industry sectors including construction, printing,
distribution and the services sector. xRM Connect is now being used
for relationship management by both internal sales teams and
external sales channels such as agents and brokers.
"xRM Connect is an online relationship tool and can be applied
to any company, regardless of the vertical. These new deployments
support both our company's expansion into the Brazil market, as
well as expansion into other business sectors" said Gary
Bartholomew, CEO of xRM Global. "Since xRM Global is already
building its presence in the emerging markets of MENA and China, we
are very excited about the prospect of similar industry deployments
in those markets as well."
xRM Connect is a relationship management tool that encompasses
built-in industry best practices. The new customer deployments
support best practices in lead generation, marketing, sales,
management reporting and customer retention. Significant demand is
building for the xRM Connect product in Brazil as this product
employs Brazillian-specific RM best practices allowing the local
market to quickly integrate the application within their current
business without expensive and timely customer software
development. Once deployed, each customer has the ability to
constantly enhance best practices within the system, creating
competitive advantage in their market, unlocking new efficiencies
within their business and by adding new users internally and
externally to their enterprise. Eventually, their entire enterprise
is using the system to link their product creation teams to their
distribution channels and ultimately to their customer.
