Mr. Garold R. Spindler, CEO and Chairman of ZEOX Corporation (TSX VENTURE: ZOX)(FRANKFURT: ZED) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Tangent Management Corp. ("Tangent") to provide investor relations services for the Company. Zachery Dingsdale and Steve Smith are the principals of Tangent.

Tangent will assist the Company (on a non-exclusive basis) in formulating plans and budgets for the enhancement of the Company's image and the distribution of information concerning the Company to investors, preparing corporate presentations and communications to shareholders of the activities and prospects of the Company. Tangent has a track record of being able to present the story of emerging companies in a professional manner.

Mr. Spindler said, "We are pleased to be working with Tangent not only to increase our visibility, but to communicate new management's strategies to shareholders and the investment community."

About Tangent Capital:

With offices in Vancouver, BC and Cobourg, Ont. Tangent's directors, Steve Smith and Zachery Dingsdale, have more than 35 years of combined experience in media, public markets and financial investor relations. Tangent, Zachery Dingsdale and Steve Smith are at arm's length to the Company. Tangent will receive a fee of $5,000 per month. The term of the contract is six months. The contract may be extended by mutual consent.
