Hochtief AG (HOT.XE), controlled by Spain's ACS Global Inc.
(AMCY), has received bids for its airport unit, Reuters reported
Monday, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.
Deutsche Bank AG (DB) is organizing the sale, which could now
fetch as much as EUR1.2 billion, one source said.
Frankfurt airport operator Fraport, London City and Gatwick
airports operator Global Infrastructure Partners Ltd. (GIP),
Canada's Brookfield Asset Management and insurer Allianz have made
offers, the sources said.
One other bidder has put in a bid for the German operations
only, the report said.
Hochtief, Fraport and Allianz declined comment to Reuters, and
GIP and Brookfield were not immediately available.
