Atlantis Technology Group's (PINKSHEETS: ATNP) Board of Directors issues statement to shareholders concerning the spin off and merger of Global Online Television Corporation.

To all shareholders Friday July 9th, 2010 is the last day to participate in the spin off of Global Online Television Corporation. As a shareholder you must continue to own shares of Atlantis Technology Group at the end of business on July 9th, 2010. If you are not currently a shareholder, in order to participate you must own shares of Atlantis Technology Group at the end of business on July 9th, 2010.

We would also like to state that the merger agreement with Global Online Television Corporation and the public entity is signed and executed. All Global Online Television Corporation shares will be exchanged for shares in the public entity at the time of the merger. The conversion ratio is one share of Global Online Television Corporation for one share of the public entity.
