Banyan Subsidiary Premier Medical Group Reports Revenue Increases

BOCA RATON, FL -- April 20, 2010 -- Banyan Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BNYN) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Premier Medical Group, Inc. ("PMG"), of Boca Raton, Florida, has reported a significant Q1 2010 increase of revenue of approximately 58% over the same period in 2009.

Glen Collins, Vice President of Sales for PMG, stated: "Our Q1 revenues this year came in at approximately $850,000 as compared to just over $535,000 in Q1 2009. We are seeing a strong trend in both collections as well as new business."

PMG specializes in Nerve Conduction Velocity testing across the United States.
