French IT services Capgemini SA (CAP.FR) Tuesday said it has acquired IBX Group, a Swedish specialist of purchasing software and services.

Financial details of the transaction weren't disclosed.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, IBX employs 240 staff in Europe and the U.S., generating annual revenue of EUR30 million.

The transaction should be finalized by the end of February, pending the approval of the relevant antitrust authorities, Capgemini said.
