COLUMBIA, S.C., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CMARK International, Inc., a global provider of facility and logistical support services for government and commercial institutions, has begun the installation phase of the Job Corps Center project in Little Rock, Arkansas. The new center located on Scott Hamilton Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas will be utilized as a residential education and job training program for at-risk youth, ages 16-24. As a subcontractor to Flynco, Inc., a general contractor and construction management firm based in Little Rock, CMARK was awarded the $549,867.43 contract in late 2007 for the provisioning and installation of commercial food service and refrigeration equipment. The equipment will be used for the training kitchen at the facility as well as the kitchen that will serve residents. The design phase of the project included engineering and field work to develop the final plans and specifications. This was followed by the procurement and staging of the standard and custom fabricated equipment in accordance with those final specifications. The last phase is the delivery and installation of the equipment at the site which will complete CMARK's scope of work and contractual obligation. CMARK is a licensed general contractor and architectural firm with a history of construction and design projects for U.S. government facilities.
