Ecoloclean Industries Receives Project Proposal Invitation From U.S. Environmental Protection Agency CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, June 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (OTC:ECCI) (BULLETIN BOARD: ECCI) , announced today it has received an invitation from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ("USEPA") to submit a project proposal for the reduction of animal wastewater pollution to be analyzed at The Texas Institute of Applied Environmental Research ("TIAER") testing laboratory in Stephenville, Texas. If Ecoloclean's proposal is selected for testing and demonstration, the Company could potentially be awarded a grant of up to $9,000 for analyses of raw, treated and recovered liquid manure effluent. Ecoloclean plans to submit its proposal to the USEPA for review before the end of June 2005. If Ecoloclean's proposal is selected for implementation, Ecoloclean will be one of a total of six technology providers chosen over a 3-year period (two technologies are chosen per year for evaluation for FY2004-2006). Remediation technologies will be tested and samplings will be taken from a cooperator's dairy operation located in the Bosque and Leon River Watersheds. The focus of the project is to reduce phosphorous in dairy liquid manure and other animal by-products without adversely impacting the current onsite waste management system. The Clean Water Act, Section 319(h) project, is funded by the USEPA region 6 and administered by the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (TSSWCB).
