Madison Ave. Media, Inc. (OTCBB: KHZM), today announced that Bruce Silverman has joined its Advisory Board and will work with corporate leadership as the company continues its rapid growth.

Madison Ave. Media Chairman Stephen Molinari commented, "I first had the pleasure of working with Bruce almost two years ago, at the inception of our company. His insight and vision played a major role in our initial planning for the company and we couldn't be more excited about his decision to join our Advisory Board. His continuing involvement will further secure our already bright future in the rapidly expanding digital media space."

A broad-view strategist, Silverman is probably the only executive who ever served as creative director of a top five advertising agency who then went on to head one of the largest media planning and buying shops in the world, Western International -- now Initiative Worldwide.

Silverman's 38-year advertising agency career includes C-level positions at Ogilvy & Mather, Bozell, BBDO/West, Asher/Gould and WongDoody. Bruce is a long-time board member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies.

He was the creative mind behind "Don't Leave Home Without It" for American Express, "Bullish on America" (Merrill Lynch), "Something Special in the Air" (American Airlines), "Not made in 'Nooo Yawk Ciddy" (Pace Picante), and "The Shell Answer Man." He has also led award-winning campaigns for clients such as IBM, Hershey's, International Paper, Baskin-Robbins, Coldwell Banker, Suzuki, Pabst, Sanyo, Mattel, Zale's and Post.

As the domestic President/CEO of Interpublic's giant ($22 billion in annual billings) Initiative Worldwide, Silverman supervised media planning and buying for Disney, Carl's Jr., Taco Bell, Acura, Kia, Chevrolet, AOL, the U.S. Navy, Yahoo! and many other major brands.

Today, in addition to advising a number of advertising and public relations agencies, media properties, marketing services firms and international advertisers, Silverman is a principal, Chairman and CEO of 24/6, Inc., the holding company of Pocket BillboardsĀ®, which places advertising on telephone calling cards. And, he recently became founder and CEO of Los Angeles-based Dynasty Visual Effects and Animations.

He is also managing partner of Bob Wolf Partners/TPG, a consulting firm specializing in facilitating advertising and public relations agency reviews for advertisers. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Triton Media, Inc., Newsletters for Hire, Inc., as well as the Advisory Boards of TelCentris, Inc., Big Moving Pictures, Inc. and NTB Group, Inc.
