L'Oreal SA (OR.FR) said Wednesday that it will buy in South Korean make-up and fashion company Nanda Co., with the objective of developing make-up brand 3CE internationally.

Nanda had turnover of 127 million euros ($152.7 million) in 2017 and close to 400 employees, according to L'Oreal. Its main business is 3CE, L'Oreal added.

The deal is expected to be completed in the next two months, L'Oreal said. Financial details weren't disclosed.
