BANGALORE--Reliance Brands Ltd., a unit of Indian conglomerate Reliance Industries Ltd. (500325.BY), said Friday it has entered into a long-term franchise agreement with U.K. fashion retailer Supergroup PLC (SGP.LN), owner of the Superdry clothing brand.

Superdry offers T-shirts, jeans, sweaters, joggers, shirts, rugby shirts, polo shirts as well as bags and accessories, Reliance Brands said in a statement.

Reliance Brands already has brand partnerships with others such as Diesel, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hamleys PLC and Steven Madden Ltd.
