PetsPlaces.com will use DiningWithDogs' unique online service of providing pet owners with supporting dog-friendly restaurants to all of its members. As seen on TV, the DiningWithDogs website (www.DiningWithDogs.com ) finds, lists and reviews restaurants that allow dog owners to bring their dog with them as they dine. The site encourages dog owners everywhere to submit reviews of dog-friendly restaurants in the United States. The website has recently been featured on KABC-TV in Los Angeles.

PetsPlaces.com will provide members with the opportunity to submit and provide reviews of pet friendly restaurants through banners and links at its website and DiningWithDogs.com will promote PetsPlaces.com through active links and banners at its respective website.
