F&B gudtfood Announces Grand Opening of Midtown Restaurant NEW
YORK, Aug. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- F&B gudtfood, a
majority-owned subsidiary of Speedus Corp. (NASDAQ:SPDE), has once
again redefined fast-food by opening their second company owned
restaurant in midtown Manhattan at 150 East 52nd Street, between
Lexington and 3rd Avenues. F&B's plans for growth include the
opening of new restaurants through the Company's recently
introduced franchise program. F&B gudtfood's new marquis
restaurant has built upon the accomplishments that have the made
the original restaurant so successful, creating an utterly
original, elegant design with a European street-food inspired menu.
Commenting on the opening, F&B gudtfood co-founder Nicholas
Type said, "Our objective was to create an atmosphere unlike any
other restaurant in our category. With our new location, we have
built on those qualities that have made F&B gudtfood so
special: the ambiance is simple and elegant and we provide only the
highest quality foods." These features have garnered F&B
gudtfood such accolades as "the most elegant fast food in New York"
by Zagat 2004; "the tiffany of fast food" by Gael Greene, New York
Magazine; "three stars" in the New York Post; "best cheap eats"
from Citysearch.com, and the recently awarded "best take out" by
AOL cities, just to name a few. Although F&B gudtfood has a
wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, it is
primarily celebrated for its elaborate offering of gourmet "haute"
dogs, elegantly presented with a variety of toppings. In fact,
Zagat 2004 has called F&B gudtfood a "wiener wonderland!"
F&B gudtfood also offers an expanded one-of-a-kind breakfast
menu including breakfast haute dogs, beignets, Spanish churros, and
authentic Danish pastries. F&B gudtfood also serves Sweden's
favorite coffee, Gevalia. To raise the bar, all bread is baked
daily to assure the highest quality buns for F&B's beloved
haute dogs. A new line of traditional open Danish sandwiches, such
as roast beef with remoulade and roast onion on grain bread, has
also been introduced. In addition to in-store seating for
forty-five guests, the new location also offers thirty-five seats
in an outdoor plaza allowing F&B gudtfood to create a pleasant
and upscale beer garden ambience for the after work crowd. The
restaurant offers affordably priced beer and wine to accompany the
bratwursts, hot dogs and appetizers. For those guests who like to
mix it up, Pop champagne and Dom Perignon are also available.
F&B gudtfood also provides catering services for corporate and
social events. The restaurant and plaza seating are available for
private functions. For additional information on F&B gudtfood,
