The holders of each Note have agreed to extend repayment of the loan:

Hokley Limited hereby extends repayment of both loans until June 30, 2010, or such time that the Corporation raises capital whichever is sooner, at an interest rate of 10% plus a penalty charge of 10% of the capital debt.

TargetBar Marketing, Inc. hereby extends repayment of the loan until June 30, 2010, or such time that the Corporation raises capital whichever is sooner, at an interest rate of 10% plus a penalty charge of 10% of the capital debt.

Montilla, Inc. hereby extends repayment of the loan until June 30, 2010, or such time that the Corporation raises capital whichever is sooner, at an interest rate of 10% plus a penalty charge of 10% of the capital debt.
