GD Entertainment and Technology, Inc. Increases Authorized
Shares to 3 billion; Moves Into New Headquarters.
Westlake Village, CA - December 17, 2014 - GD Entertainment and
Technology, Inc. (USOTC:DNCC)
(formerly Donini, Inc.).
The DNNC Board of Directors have voted to increase the Company's
authorized shares to 3 billion from 750 million, effective
immediately. The increase is to allow the Company to expand with
their growth and financing plans, which will provide the Company
with the ability to retire pre-existing notes (from Donini, Inc.)
and raise new capital through a planned registered
offering.
"We believe it's in the best interest of the Company and its
shareholders to increase the amount of authorized shares at this
time, to provide us with the flexibility we need to grow our
business. We now have the ability to use shares of our stock
when acquiring intellectual properties which is a central part of
our business model to expand our operations through strategic
initiatives and acquisitions that will increase shareholder value,”
explained Dong Chung, CEO of GD Entertainment & Technology,
Inc. "We look forward to announcing several positive
developments moving forward as we grow our business operations, he
continued.
The Company also announced it has recently signed a 3 year lease
for expanded office space in Agoura Hills, CA for its new
headquarters.
