THIS NOTICE IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF COVERED BONDHOLDERS.

NOTICE OF COVERED BONDHOLDER MEETING VENUE CHANGE

to the holders of the

GBP1,250,000,000 Series 2018-1 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due January 2023 (ISIN: XS1746306585)

(the Series 2018-1 Covered Bonds, and the holders thereof, the Covered Bondholders) of the Issuer presently outstanding.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the meeting of the Covered Bondholders of the Series 2018-1 Covered Bonds to be convened by the Issuer on 26 March 2020 (the Meeting) for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the applicable resolution set out in the Notice of Covered Bondholder Meeting and Consent Solicitation Memorandum published by the Issuer on 4 March 2020 will no longer be held at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London E1 6AD.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and in order to comply with the measures proposed on 16 March 2020 by the UK government to combat virus transmission, including social distancing and the avoidance of all non-essential travel, the Meeting will instead be held via teleconference at 10:00 a.m. (London time) (11:00 a.m. CET) on 26 March 2020.

Covered Bondholders wishing to attend the teleconference may obtain dial-in details from the Tabulation Agent using the notice details set out below, upon the Tabulation Agent being satisfied that any Covered Bondholder requesting the same has provided evidence of their holdings of the Series 2018-1 Covered Bonds:
