Change of accounting reference date

3D announces that the Company has changed its accounting reference date from 30 June to 31 December. As a result of the change the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:

   --     Unaudited results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2012, to be released by 15 October 2012; 

-- Audited results for the 18 months ended 31 December 2012, to be published by 31 May 2013; and

-- Unaudited interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2013, to be published by 30 September 2013.

Thereafter interim and annual reports will be published each year for the six months to 30 June and the 12 months to 31 December respectively in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
