BRIXTON COMPLETES SALE OF #20.25m READING BRIDGE HOUSE

Further to the announcement on 6th September notifying exchange of
contracts Brixton Estate plc has now completed the sale of Reading
Bridge House, Reading to the Royal Bank of Scotland plc as Custodian
Trustee of the Diageo Pension Scheme for #20.25m.
