-- Final Terms dated 12 April 2018 relating to the EUR1,000,000,000 4.750 per cent Notes due 2026 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2026 Final Terms"); and

-- Final Terms dated 12 April 2018 relating to the EUR1,000,000,000 5.625 per cent Notes due 2030 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2030 Final Terms" and, together with the 2026 Final Terms, the "Final Terms").
