-- Final Terms dated 27 May 2020 relating to the U.S.$1,250,000,000 5.75% Notes due 2024 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$30,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2024 Final Terms");

-- Final Terms dated 27 May 2020 relating to the U.S.$1,750,000,000 7.625% Notes due 2032 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$30,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2032 Final Terms"); and

-- Final Terms dated 27 May 2020 relating to the U.S.$2,000,000,000 8.875% Notes due 2050 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$30,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2050 Final Terms" and, together with the 2024 Final Terms and the 2032 Final Terms, the "Final Terms").
