Following the recent increase in share capital, the Company has today received
confirmation that The Home Settlement, Main Fund is interested in 833,333
ordinary 50p shares which now represents 9.44% of the issued class of capital
in the Company.

As a result of the increase in share capital, Kleinwort Benson Group plc,
Kleinwort Benson Investment Management Holdings Limited, Dresdner Bank AG,
Dresdner Investments (UK) plc and Zenon Beteiligungs GmbH no longer have a
disclosable interest in the shares of the Company.
