                           Disposal of Dynair
                                                                             
The Board of ALPHA Airports Group Plc announces that following the approval of
the disposal of Dynair to the SAir Group by shareholders at the Extraordinary
General Meeting  held on 29th July 1999, the disposal was duly completed
today.   Accordingly, Mr. Patrick Deasy has resigned today as a Director of
ALPHA Airports Group Plc.
