The Company has today been notified of the following dealings by directors of
the Company:

On 24 May 2001 Barclay Douglas (Chairman)  acquired 1,500,000 shares at 3p per
share and now holds 2,970,000 shares representing 1.9 per cent. of the issued
share capital and Graham Leask (Director) acquired 333,333 ordinary shares at
3p per share and now holds 733,333 shares representing 0.5 per cent. of the
issued share capital.
