                        Sub-division of Ordinary Shares


Further to the passing of the Special Resolution at the Company's Annual General
Meeting, the Company announces the following:


1 each of the 11,789,299 ordinary shares of 1p each in the the capital of the
Company in issue at that date is to be sub-divided into ten ordinary shares of
0.1p (a "New Ordinary Share") credited as fully paid; and


2 each of the 553,096,299 unissued ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company is
to be sub-divided into 10 unissued New Ordinary Shares.


Application is being made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM.
