Environmental VCT Plc notifies the market of the total voting rights of the 
Company. 
 
The Company's capital consists of 5,159,927 ordinary shares of one penny each 
with voting rights.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company 
is 5,159,927.  The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. 
 
The figure of 5,159,927 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
