BIL International Limited ("BIL") announces that through its wholly owned
subsidiary, Inscribe Investments Limited, it has sold 503,000 shares of Fraser
and Neave Limited at the price of S$7.9238 per share.  BIL now holds 9.582% of
the paid-up capital of Fraser and Neave Limited.
