ALTIN: Treasury shares

Baar, 9 June 2015 - ALTIN AG (SIX: ALTN, LSE: AIA), the Swiss alternative investment company listed on the London and Swiss stock exchanges, informs that it holds through its subsidiary Altin (Cayman) Ltd. 56'327 treasury shares (1.47% of voting rights).

As previously disclosed and as a result of the share buyback through a put options programme launched on 27 February 2015 and completed on 13 March 2015, ALTIN AG holds an additional 374'161 shares (9.78% of voting rights).

The total combined holdings of the Company and Subsidiary amount to 430'488 shares which equals 11.26% of voting rights. As decided at the AGM held on 11 May 2015, these shares acquired as a result of the put options programme will be cancelled (the cancellation is expected to be registered by the end of July 2015).
