                             Interest Notification


On 19th January 2007 Ambrian Capital PLC ("the Company") was advised by Resource
Capital Investment Corporation ("RCIC") and Resource Investment Management
Corporation ("RIMC"), that limited partnerships that RCIC and RIMC are general
partners, managers and interest owners of, had acquired interests totalling
7,316,300 shares of the Company.  Additionally, RCIC, as principle owns 350,000
shares of the Company.

Terra Resource Investment Management Corp., ("TRIM") a U.S. based Registered
Investment Adviser and affiliate of the above two corporations, has segregated
discretionary accounts holding 2,187,000 shares of the Company.  RCIC, RIMC and
TRIM do not have any beneficial interest in these shares.

Accordingly, these affiliated parties control 9,853,300 shares of the Company,
representing 9.15% of the Company's outstanding share capital.

The Company was advised that these shares were acquired for investment purposes
only and the holdings may increase or decrease depending on market conditions.
