Ambrian Capital plc received notification on the 11th and 12th December 2007
from Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited as Trustee of the Ambrian Capital Employee
Benefit Trust informing the Company that following transactions on the 10th and
12th December 2007, its direct interest in the ordinary 10p shares in the
Company has risen above 9%. It now has a direct interest in 11,092,043 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 9.99% of the total voting rights attached to
the issued share capital of the Company.
